Can't I just do it myself with ChatGPT?

You can. You can make a sandwich for free, but people still buy lunch. AI only works with what you give it, so most people paste in an old CV and get the same thing back, just wordier. I dig out the real details with a few good questions, write it in plain language, and check every line myself, so you don't have to.

I don't have a CV at all. Can you help?

Yes. That's what CV From Scratch is for. You answer a longer set of questions about your work history, and I'll follow up by email if I need anything else. For school and college leavers, go for the First CV.

When do I pay?

Only when you're happy. You'll get a preview of your finished CV (with "PREVIEW" across it) so you can read every word. Ask for any changes, and once you're happy, pay by bank transfer and I'll send the finished files straight away.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay one price, once, and only when you're happy with your CV. Nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel.

Do you use AI?

I use modern tools to help with drafting, the same way a designer uses software. Every CV is built from your own answers and checked by me before it goes out, so it sounds like you and not like a template.

Will it get me an interview?

Nobody can promise that. What I can promise is a clear, honest CV that shows off what you've actually done and can be read properly by job sites.

What if I don't like it?

Reply within 7 days and I'll make the changes. One round of tweaks is included in every package.

My child is under 18. How does it work?

You book and pay, and you're copied into every email. Your young person answers the questions (with your help if they like), and the CV comes to both of you.

What happens to my details?

Your CV and answers are only used to write your documents. I delete your files 30 days after delivery. For Staff CV Packs, nothing you send is shared with your employer.

Do I need to be in Paisley?
